When a product licence is activated and downloaded to your iLok user account or iLok usb key, the licence can’t be cancelled or refunded.
If a product licence were sent to an iLok account and still is pending for download to your iLok account, should reclamation or a refund be in question, please do not download the licence to your iLok user account or iLok usb key, instead contact your dealer and request a refund.
The dealer must then contact the Flux:: distributor in your country - PLEASE DO NOT contact Flux:: directly.
If you have purchased your software in the Flux:: online store, you may file a demand for a refund within ten days from your finalized purchase. To do this, please contact Flux:: support direct.
