If your product licence was registered and activated by your dealer and sent to your iLok account direct during the purchase process, you do not need to proceed with these instructions, all you need to do is to open the iLok licence manager application, available from www.ilok.com and activate your licence to your iLok usb key or to your computer with the iLok Machine Authorization option.
Please note that if you have purchased your software in the Flux:: online store, no licence activation codes, serial numbers, or manual activation procedures are required, everything is handled automatically.
To proceed with the licence code activation you need:
- An active email account/address (this will be used for sending important activation information to you).
- An iLok account (unless you use a Flux:: usb key), no iLok USB key is required.
- A Flux:: usb dongle (unless you use an iLok account with or without and iLok USB key.).

I can’t find the licence code for the activation of my software?If you have an iLok account, login to your account on www.ilok.com and check if your licences are present. Should you not find any licences present, please contact your dealer to verify where the licences were sent or where the licence code for the activation was sent.
I have registered and completed the activation but not received any licence on my iLok account?Please allow up to 30 minutes from completing the activation. If you do not receive an email with the activation information please check your spam-filter/folder and make sure emails from the domains fluxhome.com and flux.to are allowed.
